My first FSS kit, and a good first IMO. The kit is pretty good, almost like a Bandai kit, except you need to glue it. It's the first mech kit that I have that's not snapable, so I taped it together mostly to find any problems I might have, then went to work.

The gold is off a bit, but I think it gives it a bit of a darker look instead of the bright gold that it should be. I was too lazy to wait to get new gold paint, so that's why I painted it in Testor's gold (which doesn't look too bad) although I tried to mix it with some yellow, but that didn't help much. I'll end up useing the same gold on the other KOG's to keep them all the same gold...

And as for the panels, I did a mix of a wash and some Micron... (I was kinda practiceing, and it shows...) I think I'll stick to the Micron...
